This Privacy Statement sets out why Qi Consulting collects your personal data, what we do with it and who we share it with.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
By providing us with your personal information, you agree and consent to its transfer, processing, use and disclosure as outlined in this Privacy Statement.
What we collect and why we collect it
We request that you send us two types of personal information, for use in two different ways.
- Your CV and Consultant Details Form
We use this information when bidding for work, to select suitable individuals for roles and to present them effectively in our bid. We will seek your consent before your details are included in our proposals. - Onboarding information, such as passport details, company details and security clearance.
This information is required under some of our Framework Contracts and is passed to a Framework Manager who requires it for the purpose of progressing your application for a temporary work assignment with a Contracting Body.
How we protect your Personal Information
Qi Consulting takes appropriate legal, organisational, and technical measures to protect your personal information consistent with applicable privacy and data security laws. Your information is held electronically on our secure server, and any paper documents are kept in a locked cabinet.
Qi Consulting’s Information Security Management System is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standard (Certificate number IS 580185)
